Sebagai perusahaan terkemuka dalam penyediaan peralatan, perlengkapan, dan konsultasi Drilling and Blasting, PT. Abdiyasa Dharma Inovasi (Abdiyasa) berperan aktif meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan SDM di bidang Drilling and Blasting sesuai perkembangan teknologi. 

Di bulan Oktober 2024 Abdiyasa bekerjasama dengan Balai PPSDM Geominerba Kementrian ESDM menyelenggarakan training for trainer untuk pengoperasian alat VoD yang berfungsi mengukur dan menilai tingkat daya ledak dalam operasi Drilling and Blasting. 

Kegunaan Peralatan Velocity of Detonation (VoD)

Perangkat Velocity of Detonation (VoD) merupakan salah satu inovasi teknologi terdepan produksi MREL yang diperkenalkan di Indonesia oleh Abdiyasa. Perangkat VoD berfungsi mengukur kecepatan partikel dalam terjadinya ledakan atau blasting dalam penggunaannya di industri tambang dan konstruksi. Dengan perangkat ini, kinerja blasting baik itu perencanaan, persiapan, pengadaan, dan pelaksanaan ledakan dapat dinilai secara terukur. Pengukuran ini sangat penting untuk peningkatan efisiensi, transparansi, dan praktek peledakan yang bertanggungjawab. 

Meningkatkan Daya Saing Industri Geominerba

Persaingan industri Drilling and Blasting sebagai salah satu pendukung industri Minerba semakin ketat baik dari sisi biaya, efektivitas, maupun dampak lingkungan. Pengerjaan drilling & blasting dengan skema kontrak mendorong efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dan transparasi dalam pelaksanaannya. 

Pengukuran VoD menjadi salah satu inovasi penting untuk membantu pemilik usaha mining dan kontraktor untuk meningkatkan daya saing, transparansi, pengerjaan yang terukur, dan bertanggung jawab. 

Untuk mengakselerasi adaptasi penggunaan peralatan VoD, Abdiyasa bekerjasama dengan Balai PPSDM Geominerba melaksanakan training for trainer yang dilakukan di site peledakan di Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. Rangkaian kegiatan ini termasuk pengenalan alat, praktek peledakan, dan analisa pengukuran. 

Capaian Kegiatan Training for Trainer Peralatan VoD

Kegiatan Training for Trainer ini berhasil memperkenalkan para pelatih penggunaan peralatan VoD di lingkungan PPSDM Geominerba. Mereka dibekali kemampuan untuk mencetak lebih banyak lagi SDM juru ledak yang mampu mengoperasikan peralatan VoD.

Melalui kegiatan training for trainer ini, kedua belah pihak berharap meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan SDM Indonesia di bidang Drilling and Blasting, khususnya dalam mendukung industri konstruksi, mining, quarry, dan lain sebagainya dalam lingkup Geominerba Kementrian ESDM.
